COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Dct Instruments PZB2KGC parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ecolab products, including obsoleted and phased-out Efector parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Dittel product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ecolab such as the MNPT spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PB7024 manufactured by Efector and we are pleased to be able to service most Efector systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature F20480 by Manufacturer Dittel as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Efector Brand KDE2060FBOALS300L in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Dr-Johannes-Heidenhain such as EG451ZS57 equipment made by Dr-Johannes-Heidenhain have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Dr-Johannes-Heidenhain products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Dr-Johannes-Heidenhain" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PY7723 made by Efector as well as the popular 725iss150rhv original spares produced by Drc Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 700227 by Drexelbrook and EG451ZS57 spares by Dr-Johannes-Heidenhain are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TPT432A10M246T47 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Dynisco. |
